No offense, Neal, but this sounds suspicously like the emails I got a while back telling me that a court had ordered the release of Obama's college records, and those records showed he received financial aid as a foreigner. It was plausible, but turned out to be false.<br> <br> Where's the link to a news story or other credible source indicating that this may be true?
