Neal,<br> I agree with our Navy helping France locate the black box for several reasons. First, we had American citizens on that plane and the boxes could go a long way in explaining their deaths. Second, U.S. Carriers fly the Airbus in their flights, if the crash was becasue of design error, the sooner it can be diagnosed the safer our citizens may be.
