African-Americans are more likely than whites, "to statistically significant degrees, to be" arrested, tried and convicted for murders, rapes, robberies, assaults and burglaries committed in black communities.<br> <br> Does this mean that we must now stop arresting so many blacks who commit crimes in the black community? Or maybe we need to start arresting and trying members of other racial groups for these crimes, even though they do not even match the victim's description of the perpetrator?
