Matt: In all those cases it was North Korea that first did not follow through on it's promises. <br> <br> Doctor: The big problem is not that they or the Iranians have a bomb or two now. It's that in 20 years they could have hundreds. Then what will happen?<br> <br> Red: I wish China would take care of this problem. They are the enabler. If they want to be a superpower this is the way to show that they deserve the status.
