I don't agree with the beating in this case, the man was unconscious. However, I do think he should be charged with attempted vehicular homicide for deliberatly trying to hit that cop with the van. <br> <br> I do agree with beating to make criminals submit to handcuffing when they crash and keep running or are fighting the officers and refuse to submit.
