The sad fact is we spend so much money on the so called "war on drugs" that we could fully fund treatment for many more people than are actually addicted. That's pretty sad.<br> <br> My fear is that it's going to be replaced by something even more bizarre, like a "war on CO2", or as someone noted the money will be shifted over to empowering federal healthcare rationing. The government isn't going to give up the power or its abuse.
