Nothing is wrong in my eye with ending the war on drugs but one CRITICAL piece is missing. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. If you're stoned and drive, too bad, you lose your car. If you blow your money on alcohol or mary jane and can't pay your mortgage, too bad. Not my problem. You want cocaine or any other drug, fine. At home ONLY and NO TAXPAYER MONEY must EVER be used to cover for your stupidity. <br> <br> Stupidity MUST be painful or it never stops.
