Neal has NEVER said anything "anti-black". I've listened to him for years. He is always careful to explain that he is against the CULTURE that fosters the ideas that studying hard in school and doing well is "acting white" and that other things that don't fit into the "culture" Neal is referring to are "Uncle Tom"ish.
