This is so easy. The junk yards will be selling junkers for $100-$300.<br> Drive them to the pay site. Then the dumb government pays $2000-$4500 for the "clunkers" and returns them to the junk yards free of charge (recycling to the ultimate?).<br> Then get back in your gas hog and go to the bank.
