Hey Everyone. I received a Community Survey of some sort the other day in the mail with all the language about it being required by law that I fill it out. I guess this isn't the full census, but more like a sampling of people (it said my address was chosen at random). Does anyone know a website or publication that explains my rights in regards to the census? Surely the articles or whatever that they reference as being the legal justification for asking so many questions don't specifically address every issue they ask about!!
