He didn't suggest that Dick Cheney was representative of America's small businesses, which would be horrible slander. What he said was that Dick Cheney was an example of one of the supposed small business owners the Republicans are saying the Democrats will tax excessively (excess being 3% more, apparently). In other words, that the small business owners Republicans are saying Democrats will tax more aren't really small business owners in any meaningful sense, and that the Democrats aren't taxing actual small business owners.<br> <br> The looters got voted out in 2008. The question now is whether the liberals will still let them run the show. So far it's iffy.
