Crap like this gets on my nerves, this jackass should apply this to his state and see how it goes, the reason I say this is because of a little ignored amendment, it’s called the 10th amendment!!! <br> We need a tenth amendment commission to stop crap like this, let the liberal states do this to their own states and we can watch them fail. <br> James Oberstar has been in congress 34 years… Hmm… think he is out of touch? I think so.<br> Just like gaining weight, you don’t see it happening and don’t control it, before you know it, you’re obese… but when government implements these “little” taxes, it’s not really noticed until you get to the bottom-line and add up all these “little” taxes then you realize how much you pay (I mean the productive people pay). Taking into account, embedded taxes, fees, income taxes, state, local, etc…, of what I earn, just over 60% goes to government. Inch by inch, government is taking more; I think the democrats want to tax you to the point where you need to relay on government, because god knows how much they hate individual achievement. Punish individual achievement with taxes, glorify government dependence with welfare.
