Do better than what? I wouldn't think (or imply) that Mr. Obama had any personal knowledge of this incident before the fact but he is responsible for the pitiful lack of competence exhibited by his administration. <br> <br> My point was that, here again, his vaunted change was just a return to the same old pool of Democrat hacks.<br> <br> BTW, this is the Rick who replied to your earlier comment, not the one commenting on healthcare.
