Reports said that the CIA got their necessary information BEFORE they waterboarded this guy 183 times. This isn't getting information, it's pure sadism. You'd think that if the guy hasn't given up all his information after the first 90 times being waterboarded, chances are you're done with him.<br> <br> Also conservatives don't bother themselves with the annoying fact that torture rarely if ever produces actionable intelligence. CIA officials said they wasted millions of dollars chasing down false allegations produced from torturing suspects.
