States indeed have the right to secede. Its amazing to me that some people actually think the civil war was about slavery and Lincoln wanting to free the slaves. The civil war was about states rights and the states resisting Lincoln the tyrant and his centralized government and special interests. Sound familiar?(Bush/Obama). Lincoln in truth did not like us blacks one bit. Read through the man's old speeches and you'll see the racist white supremacy in them. Lincoln wanted blacks out of America, and did not want blacks in the west.He even jailed people that disagreed with him.It amazes me that Obama looks up to Lincoln, when Lincoln would have thought Obama to have inferior genetics. Bravo Texas, hopefully other states follow your lead.
