Neal,<br> <br> You need to realize that the first step in recovering from addiction (in this case, to addiction to Government) is accepting the fact that you have a problem. Many of these people are just now acknowledging that there is a problem. Many will come around to the idea of the Fair Tax. I think that is somewhere in the "learning to live life with a new code of behavior" phase...
