I tend to agree with what you stated, I feel very much the same way about this. The power was concentrated during the Bush 43 reign but now we see it being employed in a hamfisted manner. I anticipated this sort of abuse of the "PATRIOT" Act would be evidenced during the last presidency as an expansion of the War on Terror. I was wrong, and Obama is wrong for not relinquishing himself of the legal right to forgo a Constitutional litmus test as was handed to him on a big fat platter.<br> <br> The War on Terror/Drugs/X are more overtly now, wars on all of us.
