Paul, tax cuts do not pay for themselves. Anything else is borrowing whether it's called a tax cut or not.<br> <br> Mailman (and others) - I would disagree with your notion that we should return to constitutional spending. Maybe I'm wrong here (and please correct me) but what would happen to spending on things like the FAA, Fisheries, Parks dept, EPA, nuclear regulatory agencies, pubic schools, interstate hwy's, interstate commerce dept, the SEC, and other departments like that? fed spending that really shouldn't be privatized but isn't really part of defense?<br> <br> again, could be wrong on how that would flow via the constitution. Can anyone speak to that?
