From how her eyes scroll from left to right, I would have to say that she is merely repeating what someone else wrote for her up on the teleprompter. <br> <br> If she was really concerened with the "scourge" she would be doing everything she can to get France, Britain, Spain and even the Russians involved in this. Take care of the pirates the way we did back in the good old days. Of coarse, some people may not like hanging the corpses from giant cages at the various ports.
