I'm sorry you had your time wasted in Iraq chasing phantom threats for the sake of Bush's ego.<br> <br> Tell us... Did you "discover" anything that constituted an actual threat to the United States? Because that would be earthshaking news that the right would be glad to seize on as post-hoc justification for this blunder.<br> <br> Sure, Iraq had tons of "weapons"... which we see in the form of roadside bombs and small-arms fire peppering our troops from close range every day.<br> <br> Tell us: How would any of those weapons have been a threat to the U.S.? Because they lacked any delivery system whatsoever for any high-grade weapons of chemical, nuclear, or biological type (which they also lacked).<br> <br> So tell us again how the Iraq invasion and occupation were necessary for United States security. I'm in the mood for a good laugh.
