Wernher von Braun once said that the reason the American missile program was ahead of the rest of the world was that "we’ve had 15 more years of experience in making mistakes and learning from them." Every launch is a learning opportunity. More launches, more learning. And more "hero" status with fellow wacko leaders...which leads to more people buying his missiles, which leads to more money for research...<br> <br> Here's the irony; Kim Jong Il's team will learn from their mistakes, while we appear doomed to repeat the mistakes of isolationism and/or appeasement. Neither work. Read your history.
