I explained to my employees yesterday that this wasn't a raise, but merely a reduction in federal withholding taxes that will last through December. They didn't seem to grasp that they will have to give it all back anyway when they file. <br> <br> More than ever, I'm absolutely convinced that the average American understands nothing at all about what is happening to them...Neal, you hit it on the head when you refer to gov't-educated people as "dumb masses". The teacher's unions have created an entire generation of idiots-otherwise known as democratic voters.
