Whenever I vote, I get a round red sticker that says 'I Voted' - I ask to get one still on the waxy backing. When writing to elected officials (especially the one less receptive, based on voting records), I stick the 'I Voted' sticker onto the letter. <br> Only write about one issue at a time. Reminding them that I actually DO Vote should nearly double the significance of my letter (based on about 50% turnouts)...
