Rob, you are looking at this incorrectly. It does not matter where the money came from the fact is the execs had contracts they fulfilled and they were paid. The fact that the Government gave AIG money to meet its obligations is irrelevant. The bonus obligation is not different than paying the rent or the electrical bill. There are only two valid points in this mess; first AIG should just have been allowed to go under, and second, if Congress did not want to pay bonuses they should have done due diligence prior to providing the funds.<br> <br> This is more or less a show trial to appease and distract the mob.<br> <br> GJ
