The one passed about five weeks ago and that HAD to be voted on so fast, there was no time to read it.<br> "The prohibition required under clause one shall not be construed to prohibit any bonus payment required to be paid, persuant to a written employment contract executed on or before February 11,2009, as such valid employment contracts are determined by the Secretary or the designee of the Secretary." Look it up.<br> It's this Congress' bill with this President's signature on it. <br> Now they are all feigning suprise and shock. <br> Americans are easy to distract. Show them a shiny thing ("bonuses to who???") in this hand while the other steals their wallets ("cap & trade anyone???") and their freedoms. If we're this gullible, we really do deserve what's about to happen to us.
