I agree with you 100% that AIG should be allowed to function in a capacity that allows it to have top quality management. As long as they aren't the fools that ran the company into the ground, I say pay em whatever bonuses are competitive with other companies. That's called "rewarding" hard work - aka CAPITALISM. Whoever can clean up that mess at AIG deserves a huge bonus.<br> <br> On the other hand, this is making PrezBo and Geithner look stupid for not putting in checks and balances into bailouts. And that is pretty amusing. "Thou shalt not give bonuses to thy management that sucketh enough to run thy company into the ground and needth government (taxpayer) money to survive."
