Neal just doesn't get it. The tea bags are intended for congress but they have a much larger impact on us. You see what Neal’s wants is a full fledge change, like the Fair Tax, with a full fledge activist group, which doesn't exist right now. In a way it is like Neal asking a toddler to run a marathon. We will never be able to affect the change we want until we build our momentum. The Tea Bags are baby steps for our baby activists. They gotta start small. The Tea Bags unspoken purpose is to instill interest in the masses. Yes Congress probably does not care for the Tea Bags but with each Tea Bag we make one more small step toward the Tsunami of real CHANGE that will come to D.C. Today Tea Bags tomorrow Fair Tax. Remember Neal Rome wasn't built in a day.
