So ... at best, BHO promises (HA!) that he'll lower the tax rate after effectively raising it by eliminating legal tax deductions (aka "loopholes"), resulting in no net change. Much sound and fury signifying nothing.<br> <br> At worst, he'll eliminate the loopholes and then (as Dems have done repeatedly over decades) never quite get around to lowering the tax rate - effectively increasing it instead.<br> <br> Where's the incentive to support this?
