Oh, I see the problem. Neal's still going on the assumption that corporate taxes are<br> <br> 1. A problem, and<br> 2. A priority.<br> <br> They're neither, sorry. Closing some of the loopholes that result in American corporations paying the LEAST taxes of any Western nation... now, that's a legitimate priority.
