I think the Wal-Mart plan will be a huge success and the Obama administration will handle this by claiming credit for this.<br> <br> A possible statement from Obama would be "Wal-Mart has taken my recommendation to digitize medical records" just like he claimed action in Iraq & Afghanistan was his idea during the election.
