If they have a legitimate SSN (or tax ID number) then the Mexicans here working and sending their money back to family in Mexico would get the refund at the end of the year when they file taxes. If they file ... Har, Har.<br> <br> If they don't file at the end of the year? No refund of the difference.<br> <br> If ten thousand (or two million) illegal aliens use the same SSN, then the IRS can sort out who gets the correct 1500.00 back. And the remaining 20,000,000.00 goes to pay back the illegal's charges on the rest of us who DO pay.
