Like all libtards, Hugo does love certain people of this country: welfare recipients, criminals, deadbeats, lowlifes, illegals, losers, etc. He is the type of lib who has a weak heart and a fondness for terrorists and cop killers, holding candlelight vigils and protesting their incarceration and "cruel treatment" while never as much as even acknowledging the suffering of the victims and families that have have fallen prey to their "martyrs". It truly is a mental disorder.
