Your digression about dead beat dads using their money to buy cigarettes and beer was very one sided. <br> <br> More beer, cigarettes, lotto tickets, and other junk are purchased with child support by dead beat mothers who use their kids as their personal meal ticket. I have personally seen this. Are there deadbeat dads? sure but the deadbeat moms, who aren't required to account for how the money is spent are far worse for the children. She is spending their money after all.
