I would love to do that to papers and tv stations but there is already an argument to reject that challenge. The argument is that there are is a limited bandwidth for radio stations. We can have unlimited TV and newspapers, but only a finite number of radio stations (not counting satellite). Hence the whole 'public airwaves' BS. That is how they are limiting this to radio shows.<br> <br> I still don't see how it could possibly be constitutional.
