You make some good suggestions. It remains to be seen if the Obama administration will be truly free enough of corporate-lobbyist ties to actually make those kinds of changes.<br> <br> But there's no doubt that those changes would make things dramatically better for America. Which raises the interesting question, Why are oil-and-energy companies so opposed to them?
