Am I the only one who is not crying about my house losing value? I wanted to defer my house payments for three months because of lack of work but my mortgage company said when I miss three payments they will think about it. <br> <br> This is another move to help people who are not responsible to own anything. The idea that someone who has bought a home, even one that was within their means and now want to refinance the loan to bring it down to the value of the house is down right ludicrous. What if housing prices go up beyond the purchase price, are they to return our tax money to the government? No way, they will double dip on this deal.
