It is not Rush's comment, its a smoke screen from an editied sound-bite to make the daily bobbleheads obfucate the drunken orgy of spending going on in Washington by BOTH parties. The more they talk about Rush the less they have to talk about spending and the real effects it will have on our future as a country. All smoke & mirrors.
