Timmy may be a tax cheat, but that at least lends some credibility to him in his new position... it shows that he knows how the IRS works. <br> <br> Comparing that experience and knowledge with a Bush-era appointee, like FEMA Head Hekkuvajob Brownie, who was experienced in equestrian judging, Geitner is plenty qualified.
