Wow, that's a funny one, Neal... considering that Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton, AND Bush 2 all used the very same tactics to ram through their favored legislation whenever they had a slight majority in the Senate.<br> <br> Oh, the hypocrisy... you'd be in trouble if your listeners weren't so thankfully ignorant.
