I've seen many home owners who are tired of waiting on the insurance companies to settle up and have started working on their houses on their own. If you wait for insurance or the government you will always be disappointed.<br> <br> I'm more talking about the non-homeowners who were probably on welfare even before katrina who just keep using it as an excuse to stay on welfare. Those are indeed parasites.
