That "joke" is fairly accurate. <br> <br> I would bet half my money that if about 1 month before Hurricane Katrina, Jay Z, Ludacris, or any other braindead rapper thug offered a free concert 80 miles outside of New Orleans, I bet you all of these parasites would have found the motivation or a way to get to that concert. I guarantee it. But when warned that a CAT 5 storm is approaching for 7 days, they couldn't find transportation!!
