Add to this list the new Mortgage relief whatzit that Obama is now trying to shove down our pipes to the tune of another 50-100 billion. Let's see...you bought a house WAY over your means because the Dems belived everyone should have the right to own a home. You couldn't make the payments and were in forclosure. No problem, we'll make it easier for you to stay in your house with a restructure of your loan. Six months later you STILL cannot make the payments. No problemo, Here comes your knight in shining armor...Obama. Until we purge these people of these homes, or just downright GIVE it to them, we'll keep spiraling down with this mess!
