Until we can CONTROL the weather, any conclusion made from climate observation “data” is still just a theory because we cannot duplicate our findings from empirical data obtained from a controlled, global experiment. Computer models based on insufficient information and extrapolated into an aggregated macroscopic system often produces irrelevant or worse, unreliable results.
