If your cartoonist wants to make such a comparison, he needs to know that the earlier administration should be shown in his cartoon as well since the first 2 1/2 hours of the day were under the old administration. How about doing one of the cartoons for the first full day of the Obama administration? The market is up 279.01 today. Let's see the January 21st cartoon!
