As a matter of fact, when Obama stays quite for a while, the market goes up, he opens his mouth and it drops. Folks, if your going to blame the man in office when he isn't the one you voted for, you can't change the rules when is your guy. LIbs were blaming BUSH before he even took office back in 2000.
