He knows I'm in the statistical noise. I've seen elections where everyone I voted for from dog catcher on up lost. Face it, the problem isn't the Senators... it's the populace at large. If you can't convince them, calling your Senator is worthless."<br> <br> I agree whole heartedly. The $700 Billion bailout proved that to me once and for all. I can't even begin to say how much time I waisted on that one. Why should I waist my time? We have lost control of the government. The politicians don't care what we have to say anymore. It has become too powerful for the people to stand up to. I stand here with my head in my hands as I watch my country fall into something that it was NEVER supposed to be. The only two options that I can even see are either revolution or finding somewhere else to try and improved upon what was started here with this country and this political system. Obviously this political system wasn't impervious to the rigors that have brought down the other great civilizations and could use some improving.
