So what does it mean when President Bush went to Congress, requested authorization to use force in Afghanistan and Iraq? And if it never happened, then I guess Hillary Clinton never made the mistake of voting for that motion, nor does Barack Obama get to claim credit for saying he would have voted against it. Sheesh!
