Yesterday, Cessna announced that they are laying off 2,000 employees. This is on top of the layoffs announced late last year.<br> <br> In November 2008, Beachcraft laid off 500 employees, Last week, they announced that they will soon lay off significantly more. Learjet and Boeing also face layoffs. None of this even considers the resulting tens of thousands who will be laid off by suppliers to these aircraft manufacturers.<br> <br> Barney Frank's actions assure even more layoffs in the future.
