As a member of the Episcopal Church, I am well aware of Gene Robinson. He is, IMHO, just one in a long line of examples of why the mainline churches are dying. The churches are now more interested in being leaders of social change (read that Liberal change) than representing the Word of God. Robinson and his supporters are the prime cause of the current schism in the Episcopal Church.<br> <br> That said, the real question is - how hard did Obama have to search to find a clergy member to placate the angry Gay community? And do you think he would have sought out Robinson if he didn't have to kowtow to this radical portion of his base?
