Since when do prisoners captured in war get treated as criminals? The court system is not geared up to prosecute a war. And the people we have captured weren't wearing uniforms or working for a specific government, so they don't get POW status from the Geneva Convention. That means we had free right to shoot them on the spot. However, we wanted to be "nice" and "kind" to the world and the Arab street, so we tried something in the middle, like a non-US prison, with a non-US court. This is ridiculous!
